Preparation

1.

Place the flour and the diluted baker's yeast in water in a large bowl.

2.

Make a hole in the centre of the flour and add the eggs. Mix everything together.

3.

Add the warm olive oil and salt. Knead well and leave to rise until the dough has doubled in volume.

4.

Make balls of dough, not too big. Spread each one out and drizzle with a little olive oil, fold the dough from the outside in and leave to rest again.

5.

Bake in a wood oven.
