Pork "Rojões"

Ingredients

Sausages

1/2 tablespoon sweet paprika

3 chopped garlic cloves

2 tablespoons olive oil

1.5dl white wine

2 spoons de banha de porco

1 bay leaf

Q.B Salt and pepper

750g leg of pork

Preparation

Season the meat with olive oil, white wine, paprika, bay leaves, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for at least 3 hours.

Melt the lard in a pan, add the well-drained meat and let it brown. Reduce the heat, add the marinade and simmer for 40 minutes or until the meat is tender and the sauce is refined.
