Sweet "Cavacas" from Sátão

Ingredients

1 Sweets

20 eggs

1kg wheat flour

0.5 litres olive oil

Preparation

1.

The flour, whole eggs and olive oil are mixed together and kneaded very well.

2.

They are then tented and placed in tins sprinkled with flour and baked in a very hot oven. Once baked, they are cleaned by removing all the flour.

3.

They are covered with icing sugar.
